We take a close look

Quality management is an effort we are pleased to make. It is a guarantee for safety and continuously ongoing improvement processes.

In 2006, the Day Clinic was certified for the first time. Since then, annual surveillance audits have been carried out.  In October 2012, the cerfification body TÜV Süd confirmed again that the quality management complies with the strict requirements of ISO 9001: 2008. A further recertification audit was performed in July 2018 according to ISO 9001:2015. All of our patients can take part in an anonymous survey conducted by the external service provider Medicaltex. The results of these surveys, along with many other quality criteria, are reflected in our quality reports which you can download here (in German language).

Important note for patients and doctors

The Day Clinic has been complying with the requirements of the new German Hospital Hygiene Act since 2009, i. e. long before the law took effect. Studies have shown that the risk of infection is lower than in hospitals.
